Our website operates as an online product catalogue, allowing customers to browse products and add items to a quotation request.

No product prices are displayed on the website, and no purchases or payments can be completed directly through the website. All pricing and sales arrangements are handled separately through a formal quotation and subsequent order confirmation.

4. Pricing and Quotations

8. Delivery and Collection

Cater Pro Africa arranges delivery within Gauteng and can facilitate deliveries to other destinations throughout South Africa and across the African continent, subject to the agreed delivery terms and availability of suitable transport services.

Deliveries outside Gauteng may be arranged through third-party courier, freight or transport providers, generally at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery charges, estimated timeframes, customs duties, import requirements and any additional transport costs applicable to cross-border deliveries will be communicated separately in the quotation or order confirmation, where applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the equipment being supplied. Special requirements, including offloading, installation and cross-border documentation, should be discussed before an order is finalised.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

As purchases are not completed through the website, any return, exchange or refund will relate to a separately confirmed order.

Requests will be assessed in accordance with the agreed sales terms and applicable law.

Where goods are defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law, the customer’s statutory rights will apply.

Customers should contact Cater Pro Africa to discuss return arrangements before returning equipment. Any conditions for custom-made, specially fabricated or special-order products must be communicated before the order is accepted and cannot override mandatory consumer rights.
